Griya Santrian in Sanur Continues Series of “Mostly Jazz” Events.
(12/4/2016) The Griya Santrian Hotel on Sanur Beach in Bali will continue its line-up of exciting “Mostly Jazz” evenings in December 2016 and January 2017.
Performances are held once every two weeks on Sunday evenings.
The music start at 7:00 pm on the beach in front of the Wantilan Restaurant.
Admission is Rp. 250,000 per person and includes the show, dinner, and one drink.

Indra Lesmana – an Indonesian Jazz legend in his own right who now resides in Bali, coordinates the performances.

Sunday, December 18, 2016 – Calvin Jeremy Sihombing
Calvin Jeremy Sihombing, born in Jakarta in 1991, is a well-known Indonesian singer and songwriter. Commencing his musical career in 2010 with the launch of a number of successful singles including “Dua Cinta Satu Hati”, “Ada Untukmu”, and “Nostalgia”.
His first album “Selamanya” was released in 2010 by Universal Music Indonesia with arrangements by senior jazz musician, Dian Pramana Poetra.
Calvin’s distinctive husky and falsetto vocals are inspired, to some degree, by his musical idol John Mayer. In July 2011, Calvin Jeremy collaborated with the Ministry of Tourism and Culture, creating the video clip “Wanita Tak Biasa”, shot in Bali and Komodo that was used to promote national tourism.
Sunday, January 8, 2017 – Endah and Rhesa
Endah N Rhesa is a musical project featuring acoustic guitar, bass and vocal. Performing in the genre of folk, jazz, blues, rock and roll, and ballads – Endah Widiastuti (vocal, guitar) and Rhesa Aditya (bass) began their collaboration in 2003.
Endah and Rhesa first began performing at campus events in September 2015,
Endah N Rhesa released their first album “Seluas Harapan” – a collection of songs written in 2008-2015.
Sunday, January 22, 2017 – Angga Maliq
Ksatria Graha Puradiredja – also known as Angga Puradiredja or Angga Maliq & D’Essentials – was born in Jakarta in February 1980.
Angga Maliq has appeared as a lead vocalist for Maliq & D’Essentials.
In 2002, he set up Maliq & D’Essentials. Angga, together with his brother Widi, conceptualize, produce, compose, arrange and compose musical hits.
